Ugg Boots are warm in the winter,not that hot in the summer,can wear anywhere,go with everything.So comfy you'll never want to take them off.

Excellent Experience! The original pair of Uggs I ordered was too small. I called and it was a simple procedure! The customer service rep emailed me a return shipping label AND at the same time went ahead and sent out the replacement Uggs in a larger size, which were received in just a couple of days! It was a wonderful experience working with you!! You've restored my faith in "customer service"!!!
